Dioecious pepper or allspice is a spice with a great aroma and mild flavor, the seed is dark reddish brown, has a high oil content, its intense smell reminds us of cloves, with a puff of nutmeg and cinnamon; It is used as a condiment, medicine, flavoring, insecticides, fungicides, and for the production of perfumes and soaps (essential oils); In addition, it is a food additive and provides antioxidants.

Plant Nurseries

Work is being done on the development of plant nurseries that guarantee excellent plants through the classification of seeds for seedbeds, this being a way to ensure that most of the plantations that are sown in the plots are female, which allows us to have greater productivity and better control of the plantations.

Grafting

The grafting process begins to ensure that 100% of the plantations grown in the field are female and highly productive since the grafting rods are extracted from adult plants, which have been evaluated in different harvests and reflect a record of productivity and quality, thus ensuring higher production. For female plants to be highly productive, male trees are needed to ensure good pollination, which is incorporated into the plot strategically.With this process we are also ensuring that the plant does not grow to a height greater than 3.5 meters above the ground; In this way, it allows a good harvest of the product.
